I help 2K players to become their best version.

My name is Derric Franklin, but within the 2K community, I go by ‘youFamousEnough’ or just ‘Famous’. I’ve been at the helm as the General Manager and Head Coach of an NBA 2K League team for nearly seven seasons.

I became captivated by 2K, particularly the 5v5 pro-am aspect, quite a while back. I totally get how monotonous and draining it can be to constantly see the same high pick and roll plays. Eventually, it dawned on me that there’s a real shortage of diverse strategies in the competitive 2K scene, and I’ve decided to step in and bring about a change in that regard.

When it comes to 2K Proam 5v5 mode, let’s be honest, at times the gameplay gets very stagnant. What 2K Playbook aims to do is take traditional NBA plays and put them in a way that works best for 2K. There’s certain things that you just can’t do from traditional basketball on 2K. We erase the thought process of you trying to figure it out.
